We have recently acquired a company in Rajkot, Gujarat – India and started a new division – Conex Investment Casting.

Our new plant has expertise in manufacturing investment castings of Ferrous-Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Resistance Steel, Alloy Steel, Heavy Melting Steel, Wear Resistance alloy, Nickle Based alloys (Inconel, Monel etc.), Cast Iron and Non Ferrous metals like Aluminum and Copper based alloys as per National & International norms and standards. We have installed an extensive capacity plant with concurrent processing departments like Raw Material and Maintenance Room, Quality Control & Test Lab, Machining Shop, Drying & Pressing Room, Heat Treatment lab, Finished Product Warehouse with ultra-modern storage facilities to uphold various high standard technical, mechanical and managerial aspects.

We have more than 2500 different types of components developed for various industries. We are engaged in manufacturing of Ferrous & Non-ferrous Investment Castings using Lost wax process.

We have already developed casting components with weight range of a few grams to 50 kgs and in minimum wall thickness up to 1.5mm.

Beside our capability to produce a wide variety castings, we offer precision machining using sophisticated CNC Machining and VMC operations. In a market where customers require the shortest possible lead times, the benefits of finding a single source who can cast, machine and finish components will slash lead times and greatly reduce the logistical and management costs of dealing with several subcontractors.
