It is a metal casting process that is based on making moulds from sand material. The sand is typically contained in a system of frames or mold boxes. It is the most basic and commonly used method with 60% of all castings being made using this method.
There are six steps in this process :
Materials : Brass, Red Brass, Gun Metal, Aluminum Bronze, Magnesium Bronze and Silicon Bronze.
Sizes : 20gm to 20kgs
